Reservation Policy
In order to deliver you the highest level of care and excellence that you have opted for we ask that you share the commitment.
We require a reservation deposit for all long appointments. A great deal of careful preparation goes into such planned procedures well before the actual work starts. The arrangements extend beyond our own practice. Several allied services have to be lined up such couriers , laboratories and vendors.
It is not possible for us to fill in the reserved appointment slot with short notice. This time is reserved for you only and during this period the entire office is at your service.
We understand that things happen in life. However, it is not fair exchange to deliver the brunt of unforeseen circumstances entirely upon us.
